My name is Russ.

The purpose of this site is to help YOU create your own life.

And you will do it on your own terms.

It is going to be a lot easier than you may think.

And you just might have a lot of fun in the process.

I am not going to claim to have found anything new to change your life for you.

I have just put together some things that already exist to help YOU change your own life.

And they are all free.

You see, I like keeping things simple.

I believe that when all else fails, go back to basics.

You will be seeing those basics throughout this site.

I also believe in starting from the inside and working out from there.

And the center of it all is YOU.

If life was going the way you wanted it to you would not be looking for ways to make changes.

You have most likely looked at changing a lot of the things outside of you and found that it didn't work.

I have found that the change that I needed to make in life was ME.

And I needed to change three things.

My thoughts, my words and my actions.

Don't worry, I am not going to try to sell you any subliminal tapes, recordings, courses or anything else.

I am going to GIVE you some tools for you to work with to make whatever changes that YOU want to make.

It is all pretty simple and I will explain everything as we go along.

The basic tool that you are going to work with is a free software called Audacity that you will make your own MP3s with.

It is easy to use and you will be able to make your MP3s in just a few minutes once it is set up.

I will take you through it step by step.

And you will use these MP3s that you make to start creating your own life the way you want it to be.
